Most popular fonts to use on a menu

I have been having a look at the most popular fonts used on menus as I wanted my final print to be clear so that anyone can read them.  I still want to keep the style modern however I wanted it clear.

The one I like the most is one called Baskerville used in the 1917 for the Harvard University Press. The text is clear and crisp and I would like this style on my menu.  I need to see if it is on Photoshop if not if I can get in and install it so that I can get it onto my PDF.  The original Printing layout on the Colours Menu is a lime green text onto a white boarder to suite the restaurants colour theme.

I would like to step away from what they are already using so that I can create my own style if it was my restaurant and not to copy their current style.

Here is a link with a variation of different font styles that I have been looking at.
